3. Account Registration

TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we access data in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. We collect your basic profile information, profile statistics, and public video data solely for the purpose of providing analytics within our Service. We do not post content on your behalf or modify your TikTok account in any way.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems - Use the Service to scrape, collect, or harvest data beyond what is provided through authorized API integrations

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or any data obtained through it

- Use the Service in any manner that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

TrackContent offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
